Elaine's Story

Elaine is a 43 year wife and mother of 2, step mother of 2, divorcee of 1 and marriage of 2 and dog mum to Lucy pup!

Elaine was a professional wedding florist for 14 year and still likes to dabble in creativity every now and again.  

Elaine is a qualified hypnotherapist and Therapeutic Coach who is training to become a psychotherapist (coming 2026!!)

She has a passion for supporting people who are going through life, struggling with chronic pain, divorce/separation, stress and anxiety and all those fears that come hand in hand with this.

She recognises how painful some life experiences can be, but believes that we all have the capacity to heal from these experiences, no matter how long it takes, and that asking for and receiving help is one of the most significant gifts you can give to yourself.

Elaine uses a mix of life experience, professional qualifications, CPD training and an authentic listening experience that both supports and challenges your life limiting beliefs about yourself .
